If you have not formatted your flash drive, check whether the files are not in hidden mode following these steps:
Step 1:
Click on the link below and download the file "AutorunExterminator"
Download
Extract it --> Double-click on "AutorunExterminator" --> Plug your pendrive in
This will remove the autorun.inf files from your pen drive and also from drives.
Step 2:
Click on "Start" --> Run --> then type cmd and click on OK.
Assuming your pendrive is G, enter the following command:
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
You can copy the above command then right click in the Command Prompt and paste it.
NB: Replace the letter g with your flash drive letter.
Now check for your files in the pen drive.
Step 3:
Download the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from the below link
https://www.malwarebytes.org/
Update it by performing "Full Scan"
NB: Default selected option is "Quick Scan".
